Next steps

What’s your next step?

Giving ordinary people a place to belong so they can experience an extraordinary life in Christ.

Step 1

Visit

Join us as we gather to worship. Sunday Morning 9:00AM | 10:45AM.

Step 2

Know and follow Christ

We believe that salvation comes by God’s grace through faith alone in Jesus Christ.

Every person is a sinner in need of God’s salvation. (Romans 3:10, 23; Ephesians 2:1-5)

Salvation cannot be attained through our good works. (Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5; Romans 3:28; 2 Timothy 1:9)

The moment a person places their trust in Christ, God’s Spirit comes to dwell within them, they are eternally secure and they become part of the family of God forever. (Ephesians 1:13-14; Galatians 3:26, 4:6-7)

It’s as simple as repenting of your sin, declaring you want to follow Jesus, and believing He is who He says He is.

Step 3

Baptism

Once you have decided to follow Jesus - being baptized is a great next step to publicly declare your faith in him, as well as symbolize the death of your old life and entry into new life.

Step 4

Membership

At FBC, we believe membership is of great importance, both to the believer and to the church. Whether you are a new member or are just considering joining Faith Baptist Church, this class will help you discover what it means to be a member at Faith.

Step 5

Groups and classes

Groups are bi-weekly gatherings for FBC church members to provide community, care, and content. They are where relationships are strengthened, friendships are formed, and care systems are put in place. Classes: adult Sunday classes at 9:00am and 10:45am.

Step 6

Serve

You were created to make a difference. We believe that God gave each of us gifts, skills, and abilities to use in service to others. … Serving is also a great way to make a big church feel like YOUR church.

Step 7

Grow as a disciple

We don't see discipleship as a ministry of The Church, but the ministry of The Church. Almost everything we do is done with the Great Commission in mind to, 'Go and Make Disciples' (Matt. 28:18-20).

Step 8

Give

The Bible teaches that giving is a part of growing in our faith. It is a response to God's good gifts to us, and it is an act of worship toward Him. "…for God loveth a cheerful giver" (2 Corinthians 9:7).
